DETAILED VERSION
Team finally reached the Challenger Island where IPL was held.
There , they was impressed with how much trainers gathering in the island & doing different activities.

Buying pokemons souvenirs , trading pokemon cards, chatting around and some of them even battling pokemon on the streets !

The brothers was excited to see what those trainers doing but their main attention is the registration building which also contain several themed rooms for battle.

Without waiting more, they go to the building. Registering their team & announced by the officer that this team accepting challenges.
So, now they just need to wait
(Lucky this event is not based on OHKO tournament, but league. So, to rise to the top you must collect points by defeating trainers)
Then the officials give a IPL trainer card.
IPL Trainer card usage :
* For official battle everywhere you are (as long as it on Challenge Island, so you can fight at the mountain , streets , or even hotel room )
* When a trainer accept challenge or challenging , the trainer card will beep and display a hologram picture showing the trainer picture & details.
* For free accomodation at the hotels, including foods (YEAH !!! )
* As official tickets for any vehicles & facilities on the Island.

When they just gonna go to rest at hotel, the officer call them and said there's already a trainer accepting FR Brothers challenge.

It's a female trainer, Stella King. And they agreed to 1on 1 battle at the Battle Room inside the registration building.

: Ah, this is our first battle bro. Let me handle this.
: Just make sure you not lose.
: Like hell I will ! Let's go , CODE-X !!!

Stella King : (Hmph, what an overconfident trainers.) NOIR , they can't beat you ! GO !
: Haha, I will just sit here and see the result. Just do with your will, CODE-X.
Stella King : (He is underestimate me !) NOIR, use Trick Room !

NOIR : *I will teach you a lesson for underestimating me and my trainer !
CODE-X : *TARGET IDENTIFIED_ BEGIN SEARCHING WEAK POINTS_
NOIR : *What's with that Beedrill. It seem different ... Heh, whatever

(NOIR was sent back into the pokeball)
