This is exactly how I want Kingdra to look like! It went from Seadra having a cool design and spiky "wings" to Kingdra having a frilly design and a single "wing". This Kingdra on the other hand retains all the spiky awesomeness that Seadra had, and makes it better!

TLDR: This Kingdra is no "king"....it's almost a god!
